Great recipe, modeling advise and more

This is how you should start your day..

A note from Ria..

For those with hectic schedules or if you can relate to this..
Getting kids off to school,your a wife/husband/student,cleaning house,doing laundry, cooking,grocery shopping, school events,church events,sports events,your job,running errands,social life,home work,checking emails and responding back,family time,paying bills,studying(anything),and the list goes on...
**Take a deep breathe. And schedule everything on paper or electronically. Seeing what you have to do will help you to decide what time your doing what and how long you estimate it to take you. You will be more organized and less stressed. Also make yourself a "goal list".A goal list  are things you want to do or need to do to get something accomplished. The list will also help you to decide if you should save something for another day. Learn to delegate as well. If someone else can help, that can help you.Delegating will help you become a good/productive manager.Learn to give instruction and train,so that your to do list can be completed. You can even get freelance help,if you do not have help in your life. Freelance workers you can find for .50 cents to $5.00 per job. Ask me how, I can give you info on that. And last but not least..start your day everyday with believing in yourself and setting realistic goals and appointments. Live a balanced life..for your sake and your families sake. What good is all of this if your not happy. You should be happy in what you choose to do in your life because we only have one life to live.If your not happy in what your doing then it becomes a hinderance instead of a blessing.
